Radical Women of Liverpool – Centenary of International Women’s Day Celebrations

To celebrate the centenary of International Women’s Day this day explores the contribution of radical women to the development of Liverpool.

Looking at campaigning, social reform, music and culture, guest speakers will discuss the impact on the city of women activists past and present, and there will be performances, previously unseen material from the New Museum, films and stalls.

Presented by Liverpool University, with Liverpool John Moores University and the Merseyside Women’s Movement.
